    Description

    1824/2 Capped Bust Quarter. PCGS graded Au Details repaired. Very rare date. Especially with this much detail. Looks like AU-58. 60 bid is 20K. I showed this to a couple large dealers and they thought this small patch of roughness at 11 o'clock obverse is just a planchet flaw from the mint. PCGS said repaired?
