1820 Large 0 25c  B1 Rarity 4  Bust Quarter NGC NCS G details, "environmental damage"
There are two Browning varieties for the Large 0 1820 quarter.  This is the rarer B1 variety.  Tompkins gives this variety a Rarity 4, but PCGS gives it a Rarity 5 rating.
NCS (Numismatic Conservation Services) is actually owned by NGC, they used NCS for coins with issues.  To my trained eye, this is just a solid good coin without problems, so might be worth resubmitting.
